When you choose our Pack & Collab concept, we look at your packaging process and all related logistics flows through an efficiency lens and from a helicopter view. On your premises, we analyze the steps and actions your employees take until the shipment reaches your customer. Our goal is to optimize processes and reduce your total cost of ownership.
Inventory and Analysis
Our packaging engineers scan your production environment. They analyze how your logistics colleagues package a product and prepare it for shipment, and how many steps they take during handling (both necessary and unnecessary). They also determine whether your shipping packaging is already optimal for the entire process or if it needs further improvement.
Through research, we can also analyze the quantities in which a particular product is sold. We can then assess whether your current shipping packaging aligns smartly with that information.
For example, why maintain special packaging for 2 or 3 products if 90% of all customers order at least 4? Such insights can save you significantly on material costs.

and Warehousing
We are packaging specialists with significant added value in the processes surrounding packaging. For instance, at our location in Venlo, we have set up a workshop where we can carry out assembly tasks for you. When you need packaging, we get to work and deliver it to you ready to use.
Do you have insufficient space to store packaging yourself? But do you need a fixed quantity daily or weekly?
In that case, we can take over the storage for you. We keep the stock at the right level and deliver what you need at a given moment. Whether it’s one extremely large industrial package per day or three pallets of small webshop packages per week, we take care of it. This saves you pre-financing and storage costs. Additionally, we handle any potential damage out of sight and at our own expense.
